Knit your First Cardigan workshop | Manchester Wool & Yarn

Ready to dive into knitting Your first cardigan? Feel intimadated by button bands, sleeves and neck line? Well we've got you!

At Manchester Wool & Yarn, we’re hosting an in-person 3 session workshop where you’ll learn how to knit your very first cardigan. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher, this hands-on session will guide you through all the basics with friendly support. Bring your enthusiasm and walk away with a handmade cardigan you’ll love. Can’t wait to see you there and start stitching together some cozy creations!

If you are providing your own needles you will need: 6 mm and 7 mm/ 40, 80 and/or 100 cm

Yarn is provided as part of the workshop and you will be contacted several weeks before the event to select your yarn, so please ensure your email is correct.

Session 1: 25th January starting at 15:30

Session 2: 8th February starting at 15:30

Session 3: 22nd February starting at 15:30

Each week you will be given "Homework" to ensure you can join us for the next session.
